Discombobulated

That’s how I’ve felt all day. Or rather all weekend. A couple of nights that averaged 5 hours of sleep, then getting called in to work at 5 am on Saturday…and I woke up very late (9:30 am) today with an inability to concentrate on, be decisive about, or really enjoy anything.

Boo. And I had so much I wanted to do this weekend. I did get some things in order for UFO Sunday over at the Free Motion Quilting Project, but I didn’t actually work on them. I’m off tomorrow except for a mandatory staff meeting, so maybe I’ll get to work on something then. This quilt now has a name, and the final border fabric has arrived but needs ironed and cut. I want it finished by October 31, but still need to finish the borders, put together a backing and obtain batting.

Have I mentioned before how much I hate cutting fabric? Besides needing to cut borders, I’m out of pieces for Timmy’s quilt and I still don’t have all the fabric cut for the Little Miss quilt. Lots of cutting is in order all the way around. Blah.

On the bright side, I’ve been playing with the fabrics for the Little Miss quilt. Which is fun.
