Accomplished

Well, we’re on the first one and I already feel accomplished…because in spite of all the craziness of my school schedule and that good stuff right now, I managed to finish the stitching on Imbolc in a week! I dropped it off in the mailbox to Draken tonight, so it should be on it’s way to her tomorrow morning. I can’t wait to see her work her sewing magic on it. I’m just hoping I didn’t mess up the edges too badly when I trimmed it with fingernail clippers, for lack of any scissors. Here’s a peek! Try not to judge my stitching too harshly…this is only my second attempt on linen. I love the feel of linen and the way finished pieces look but find it a little harder to stitch on, especially in the poor light in my room.
